With over 45 years experience, I can repair what has been bent, broken or rusted
If you can draw it , I will build it
Nothing Is To Small To Fix

Mike, Sandblasting Hamm Bros. Excavating's Equipment Trailer
I will sandblast almost anything. As I learn how to build the website better adding in things can even show you more about each repair.
We can restore your equipment from the ground up.
This one is a Pettibone Crane Restored for a Gravel Pit.
As soon as I figure out how to post a slide show i will have before during and after pictures of this and other restoration project we have completed over the years, but keep in mind we will do as little or as much as you want if you want to do some restoration yourself.
Lemmons Trucking rusted and then vibrated off the exhaust elbow on an older Perterbuilt
The truck was brought to me to see what I could do after realizing the parts were 450.00 and yet not available except by order
This is the view of the exhaust hanger I built from some old belting and hanger parts
Another view of of the primed exhaust elbow I built
Another view of the clearance of the fuel tank
I was able to make these repairs and customer never lost a days revenue.
Extension for truck bed
We can fabricate any type of extensions and holders you need
I can repair any type of hitch, ball or pintle
The damage to this hitch when truck was brought in for repair was considerable and included damage to the truck frame
You can see the boring rods hanging on the tailgate damaging it considerably, thus the extension i built
At a latter time i built a ladder rack and toolbaskrts for this same truck as you can seethe clutter in the back
Bed just before adding bed extension
Now you can see with the extension, the boring bars are laying flat on the bed and not damagingthe truck
Anotherview of the bed extension
With all the twisting and flexing semi tractors do pulling heavy loads
It is inevitable that repairs will need to be made, things wear out
Repairs are always different depending on your truck, but we are willing to tackle your project
I had a customer that keep jack knifing his trailer until he bent the entire rear bumper
Thinking he was just bending the rear bumper, He asked for an extension
After it didn't solve the problem, he brought the truck to me. this is the extension required.
A full size print was sent to me of the scroll woork
Pieces were formed according to plan
Then welded together and then painted
Buckets have a hard life this one is worn but reasonably straght
First the bucket is straightened
Then a new cutting edge is installed, if you wanted a material bucket, your done.
But this is where you add the teeth for a dirt bucket
Welding 100 % of all seams adds strength and durability
This bucket is now ready for sandblasting and painting
When I originally found this Pettibone it didn't run and had been sitting for a few years
First order of business was to get the engine running and repair all the hydraulics, valves, electrical and entire machine to fully working order.
After getting machine into full complete working order, the glass was removed, machine prepped and then sandblasted. After sandblasting the Crane, it was cleaned and prepped for painting.
After painting, new glass was put in. After that it was completely reassembled, tested and hauled to the customer. Most important is the fact all work was done in house except the final certification.
Customer bought truck at auction but wheelbase was to long for his bed
This particular case instead of cutting and shortening frame, i moved the axle and spring assembly forward, shortened drive shaft
All projects start somewhere.
